Guest Speaker Jeff Witt, CFA will speak about the Outlook for the Fed and Interest Rates, along with Investing in a Rising Interest Rate Environment.\n \nDate: Sept. 8, 2015\n \nTime: 5:30pm - 8:00pm\n \nLocation: Miramonte Resort & Spa\n \nSpeaker: Jeff Witt, CFA\n \nTopic: The Outlook for the Fed and Interest Rates, along with Investing in a Rising Interest Rate Environment.\n \nJeff Witt, CFA, is the Chief Investment Officer at Private Asset Management; a Registered Investment Advisory based in San Diego firm with approximately $1 billion under management.  In his role as CIO, Mr. Witt is responsible for the oversight and management of the company’s economic and financial research team, who are responsible for the global investment allocations and risk monitoring for the firm.  Mr. Witt's prior experience includes working as a Financial Analyst/Senior Economist in the municipal bond arena for the City of San Diego and as a Sell-Side Equity Analyst for Hanifen-Imhoff in Denver, CO. While with the City, he was the lead analyst on several projects, including the $1 billion Padres Baseball Park financing. Mr. Witt has served on numerous non-profit boards, including as the Treasurer of the San Diego Natural History Museum and the President of the CFA Society San Diego.  He earned his B.A in both Economics and Philosophy of Law from the University of Colorado at Boulder and his Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation from the CFA Institute.\n
